1)Cancelation Policies and Fees

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us. we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

2)Group Bookings

A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. With parties of 3 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

3)Gift Certificate Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and must be mentioned when making your appointment. They are valuable for 7 years from the purchased date following Massachusetts’ law.

4)Special Condition

Please notify one of our spa specialists before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. Extended exposure to hot water vapors may be detrimental to the health of those with diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and heart conditions.

5)Younger Guests

Guests under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by their parents and a guardian’s consent form must be signed.

6)Sexual Impropriety

Our Massage Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it.
The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time.
Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
Please remember that out staff members can and will request anyone at any time to leave the premise.

7)No Show

8)Late Arrival

Please arrive for your onsite massage on time to your appointment. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. We will not receive extension of scheduled onsite massage appointments. No full or partial refunds will be given. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

9)Communicable

The session will be cancelled if you have a fresh wound, inflammation, acne, infectious skin condition, or any other communicable disease.

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa.  Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
